Systems used by InterControllers

InterControllers uses four popular accounting systems to fit our client's business models and budgets. Together with the client, we choose the system that best meets the client's needs and that allows InterControllers to deliver the optimum accounting services: 

  1. For startup or small businesses we use two very well known systems for this market.

      QuickBooks Accounting Premium Edition - An all in one system that enables the client, together with InterControllers, to enter and manipulate data. QuickBooks Accounting Premium Edition is installed on both, the client's system and in our home office. Services are delivered using remote access capability built into the system.

      Peachtree Complete Accounting  - This systems is only installed in our home offices and is an all in one system. This accounting program is a quasi desktop/web base system, enabling the client to receive full financial information, anywhere in the world through the web, with limited data manipulation. This system is best suited for the client who employees InterControllers as its virtual accounting department.

 

  1. For the small to medium businesses InterControllers uses a system with a house hold name. Oracle Small Business Suite a fully intergraded accounting, point of sale, customer relationship management system. Oracle is a 100% web base system with all the securities and protections that only Oracle can provide. Being a total solution system, gives both the client and InterControllers the ability to access and manage data from any location at any time. We at InterControllers are proud to introduce this system to most of our clients.

 

  1. At the medium to high-end businesses InterControllers uses a system that is robust and has great flexibility, ACCPAC Advantage Series. The versatility that comes with this system is two fold; we and the client can connect by using hosted services with secure data base provided by ACCPAC consultants; or installing the system at the your location given InterControllers full remote access through windows remote access capabilities.
