Our Principals

Frank Carosella, CBM - President & CEO (Founder)

Frank Carosella is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York and holds a BBA degree in accounting. Frank is a Certified Business Manager (CBM) and has been a member in good standing with the Institute of Management Accountants since 1986 and adheres to the institutes professional ethics.  After graduation he pursued a career in accounting at a medium-sized accounting firm. After four years at the CPA firm, Frank made a decision to follow a path in the corporate sector. Frank's first experience in corporate accounting was with Wall Street brokerage firms such as Salomon, Inc., Merrill Lynch (Teleport Communications), Prudential Securities and Wall Street Investors, Inc.  He obtained assistant controller status at Wall Street Investors.  Frank's contribution to these firms was departmental efficiency and proper management of personnel. Thereafter, in 1995, Frank joined LDC Telecommunications, Inc., as its Director of Finance and Controller. He joined the company in the startup phase and together with others in management built the company to be the largest telecommunications marketing reseller in the country. At LDC he was named CFO.  Frank has over 19 years of professional experience and is the founder of this new company.

Sean Connors, Vice President & CTO

Sean Connors was educated at the University of South Africa, after which he pursued a career in Information Technology by completing intensive training in system design at Sasol, and later Barclays Bank. He then joined McDonnell Douglas before moving to the United States to follow a ten year career at fortune 100 companies; namely Pitney Bowes, Kelloggs and CSX, while designing business applications. After venturing into the private sector he built a new software company, Business and Computers Inc., which supplied software to the telecommunications industry. This lead to founding LDC Telecommunications Inc., which became one of the largest telemarketing telecommunications companies in the United States. Sean thereafter developed other telecommunications companies in the facilities and international arena. Throughout the successful growth of these companies a common theme of  innovative business systems and financial control emerged. This lead to the development of a new company, InterControllers, Inc., opening a new frontier in the outsourcing of controller services.

Richard Clark, Director of Operations

Richard Clark is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds a BBA degree in Accounting with minors in management and finance. Richard is a certified tax practitioner. He also has certificates in debt collection as well as payroll. After graduation from college Richard worked for a small Accounting firm, where he specialized in taxes. One of the companies that Richard was responsible for was an international manufacturer in the aftermarket industry. They hired him to take over and run their Accounting department. He worked for this company for 10 years, half that time as the controller for the company. When foreign ownership shut down the company he moved on to an internet based company, He was hired on as controller of the company. He then worked as controller for small to medium sized telecommunication companies. Throughout his career with all these companies Richard has adhered to the concept of integrity and quality of work to make each company as successful as possible. Richard has over 15 years worth of experience in the Accounting field, with half of that at the controller level. His experience and knowledge of various industries, and international as well as domestic Accounting will only benefit the wide range of clients at InterControllers.

Ramesh Parekh, CPA - Senior Advisor

 Mr. Ramesh has a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Ohio and over 30 years of professional experience with International firms such as Ernst & Young and local firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in Corporate Income Taxes, Planning and Compliance for multi-Corp groups and small businesses. Mr. Ramesh is a Senior Advisor at InterControllers, lending his many years of experience in his areas of expertise. Working closely with senior management, they insure that InterControllers, Inc. delivers the highest quality of service to its clients.

William Sanchez, V.P. of Marketing and Administration

William Sanchez attended LaSalle Institute and American Institute of Banking, after which he pursued a career in the International Banking field. Starting as an assistant auditor, he moved on to Vice-President of International Operations, which included the FOREX, P&R, Reconciliation and auditing divisions. After four years in the operations area, William's career path took him to the Foreign Exchange Trading arena where he held key positions such as Chief Foreign Exchange Trader and Vice-President Of Treasury operations. Besides managing the day to day trading operations, he was instrumental in establishing corresponding relationships with international and private banks and banking relationships with fortune 500 companies. William's broad financial knowledge and management experience was gained from over 18 years at major domestic and international banks such as Security Pacific International bank, Bank of New York, Chemical Bank, Deutsche Genossenschafts Bank and Banco Hispano Americano. Venturing into the private sector William has successfully founded and managed a number of trading and marketing companies both here and abroad. His financial and business experience will be an asset to InterControllers, Inc
